Late Fee & Returned Checks Policy
DesignCart reserves the right, without notice, to modify or eliminate all or a portion of these policies.
DesignCart Late Fee
Currently DesignCart does not charge late fees for past due payments. If payment is not collected on time, we will send the merchant an email notification that payment is required. If there is no response within 14 days, we will send another notice and suspend the online shopping carts ability to take new orders.
DesignCart Returned Check Fee
A $15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks, including e-checks. Please note that to resolve your past due payment must be made by credit card, cashiers check, or money order. (Note: The charge was $20.00 before Feb/1/2003)
